3 Credit Hours for ED 534-PD001 for ASU registrations processed in Spring Semester 2026 This course provides students with an overview of the role of cultural diversity in the classroom and its effect on teaching and learning. While exploring issues of race, class, culture, and power, students will develop a deeper understanding of school demographics, perspectives on teaching and learning and the interaction between pedagogy and culture.
